Permissions

The following permissions should be added to AndroidManifest:

• ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE
• ACCESS_WIFI_STATE
• READ_PHONE_STATE

Known Issues

• iOS Simulator: doesn't receive network changes when the host machine disconnects then reconnects to wifi
