Design Decisions

• Transaction history file is not shipped with the application
• sqlite is used to load all the data from the .csv file for faster queries
• Tradeoff between one-time use vs multi-use. This application is intended for multi-use so, it is expected to take 15-20 minutes for the first time setup (file download and db setup is one time process).
