This is the the public counterpart ot the Aspen shared library Xylem. It is published to public NPM without documentation, warranty, source, or explanation for now. It contains code shared by Aspen packages and our public SDK. Code falling into this category can be factored into this library which will remain hosted in-repo to avoid additional friction in working on this code.
