A collection of constants, functions, sample documents (for tests), and other
useful components for working with HTML, XML, and/or XHTML documents.
Does not require either @lumjs/web-core or @lumjs/dom as dependencies. Both @lumjs/tests-dom and @lumjs/web-tests use this package to provide common declarations and utility functions for their testing integrations.
