A package of helpers for interacting with Jira

Note permissions apply to interacting with entity properties, for the entity (e.g. issue) being accessed. So it is impacted by the user being used to interact with Jira (is app or request user).

issue-properties

Allows interacting with Jira Issue Properties.

Example usage:
