1Password module for BSB

To use 1password as a core config manager, add the following ENV vars:

Add the env variable to your os / docker container:
BSB_CONFIG_PLUGIN=config-1password

Define the secrets automation server url:
BSB_OP_SERVER_URL={server url}

Define the secrets automation token:
BSB_OP_TOKEN={token}
