When you have the opportunity, you eat excessively or at least choose foods from the less healthy ones. If you organize your daily schedule a bit, you will have time to take care of these details. Sometimes this succeeds you, but you quickly fall into the temptation again. By the end of the year, go through moments in which you make efforts to look good and moments when culinary excesses bring you a surplus weight. Think about the possibility of doing a sport that you like. There must be something very demanding. It matters a lot to enjoy, because you will not look like a chore. You will relax, get rid of the negative energy and keep yourself in a better physical form. Otherwise, your immune system works well, so you have nothing to worry about.
