Reads xml and writes to standard output.

Usage : x2js [options] FILE|-

Options:

--help, -h Show help

--indents, -i Indents. Num of spaces [default: 2]

--encoding, -e encoding if using stdin [default: "utf8"]

--noroot, -n strip root elem in output
