运营系统脚手架
- npm run dev 本地运行，注意使用的是模拟数据
- npm run proxy 本地运行，接口使用代理，可以指定ip 在webpack.config.proxyTarget
- npm run devpre 本地运行，使用预发接口
- npm run pre 预发编译
- npm run prod 线上编译 cnpm install webframe1; node node_modules/webframe1/build.js create
