A CLI tool to create new web projects templates easily, with options to include commonly used libraries and useful metatags.

The tool uses pug.js templates behind the scenes as prototypes for the created templates.

Options

These are the available options:

  • Indentation settings (tabs or spaces)
  • Include helpful SEO meta tags
  • Include browser's address bar color tag
  • Include external libraries
    • FontAwesome
    • NiceScroll
  • Initialize npm package inside the project folder (run npm init)

Installation

You need to install node.js first, then install the tool globally using this command:

npm install -g touchweb

Usage

Once installed, you can run the command touchweb where you want the new project folder to be created. Then, follow the on-screen instructions to configure your new project.
