Create new application from https://developers.wetransfer.com/dashboard an provide an api key
Debug Level
There are 6 debug levels, error, warn, info, verbose, debug and silly
Setting the level for your logging message can be done providing the value from plugin admin page. For example, using the warn level you could log warn messages and below to the console, which in this case will only be warn and error
