It takes the average human 14 minutes to sleep. The average sleep cycle takes 90 minutes. The average number of cycles needed is 5-6. Waking up in the middle of a sleep cycle sucks and will leave you feeling shitty for the rest of the day. This utility will calculate the best times to go to sleep/wake up that fit your schedule.
