reqd

reqd searches repositories for dependencies.

Installation

$ npm install -g reqd

Quick start

To use reqd simply call it within a directory and provide a module name.

$ reqd <modulename>

As a result reqd will give you a list of all sub-directories where the given module is either referenced as a dependency or as a devDependency in the appropriate package.json file.

Please note that if you use tab completion, the module name may have a trailing slash accidentally. reqd will remove that automatically, so it's perfectly fine to run

$ reqd lodash/

instead of the following command.

$ reqd lodash

Running the build

To build this module use roboter.

$ bot
