Fastn component

Use as a fastn component:

var fastn = require('fastn')({
    ... other components...
    ratingControl: require('rating-control-component/ratingControlComponent')
});

var ratingControl = fastn('ratingControl', { settings: ... });

ratingControl will attempt to use the _generic component provided by fastn.
