how to use it?

HOW TO USE IT IN MY XTERM THO?

npm i pengins -g
pengin

you could even try pengin -h which might tell you things. or pengin -p which might provide you a nice list of all the pengins. you could just go right for pengin tux, too, if you really wanted.
