Normalize Blocks

This NPM package is meant to remove all core block styles and one of settings like the default wide alignement of the Core Media & Text block.

It relies on the usage of the dependencyExtractionWebpackPlugin because it uses import statements for the @wordpress packages and does not bundle them.
