neeo_driver_onkyo_avr

This app brings NEEO and ONKYO AVR's together, currently it relys on the onkyo.js npm package so will only work on deafult port so if you have more than two then you will need to duplciate that package and get creative. The list of buttons is not exhastive by any means but I will happily take a pull request if someone wa It requires 1 modifications to get working within your environment
