Installation steps:
Install Node.js (This package was developed/tested with Node version 18).
You can find Node.js downloads/installers at https://nodejs.org
In a command line, run "npm install -g mm28" to install mm28. You can now run the command mm28 from the command line to do things.

Run "mm28 help" to see a list of commands.
