Nodejs wrapper for Misfit Cloud API

Install:

npm install misfit-cloud-api --save

Usage:

var MisfitAPI = require('misfit-cloud-api'); 

Redirect to authorization URL:

var mySettings = {

Exchange access token and get profile:
