Linkhum parses text entered by users and extracts URLs and micro-syntax. Linkhum carefully handles punctuation and URL encoding.
Linkhum allows to specify custom micro-syntax patterns automatically linking commonly-used "words" such as hashtags, non-HTTP URL schemes, usernames, subreddits, Interwiki links, etc.
