call paddlespeech asr streaming server by js and html.

Quick Start

$ cd kylinasrassistant
$ npm install
$ python -m SimpleHTTPServer 8088 
$ firefox index.html # firefox could be replaced, such as chrome etc.

Start service above. We could input http://localhost:8088/ to display mainpage.
