Catalyst Checklists
What is it?
A checklist is part of what PeopleSoft calls the 3Cs. It is a list of items. Checklists may be used by any of the modules in PepleSoft. For example, an Admissions Checklist will contain items necessary for the student to supply to complete their application for admission (transcripts, test scores, application fees, etc) or things that they need to do in order to enroll (confirmation, final transcripts).
This component uses data provided from PeopleSoft to display a student's checklists in the portal. It groups the items by Administrative Function (Admissions, Student Financials, Registrar, etc). A user can filter by clicking on the filter icon.
Setup
- Npm i - to install all dependencies
- Npm start - to host on localhost:8080 in browser
Displaying locally
./dev contains a sample data file (data.js) and a wrapper component (ChecklistProvider.jsx) that is used to feed props to the checklist component. This allows for development outside of a connected Peoplesoft environment.
