keeps hubots alive, specially in Heroku free instances

Use:

1. Clone this repository and set environment variable HUBOT_URL to suit your Hubot.
2. Upload it to a NodeJS server. I recommend using the cool Now service.
3. Relax. Your Hubot should be awake day and night. 😲
