gulp-plugin-instant-vue

Only pass through a compiled vue file where one of it's components (a separate .html or .js) have been changed.

This plugin is heavily based on two other plugins, to meet the need for compiling separate files into vue files. The plugins in question are gulp-vuemaker and gulp-changed-in-place.

Install

$ yarn add gulp-plugin-instant-vue --dev

Usage

var gulp = require('gulp')
var watch = require('gulp-watch')
var instantVue = require('gulp-plugin-instant-vue')

var source = ['src/app/**/*.+(js|html)']

gulp.task('watch', function () {
  return watch(source, function () {
    gulp.src(source)
      .pipe(instantVue())
      .pipe(gulp.dest('build'))
  })
})

instantVue(options)

firstPass

• boolean

• Default = false

  Makes gulp-plugin-instant-vue pass through all files once on the first run.

cache

• Object

• Default = as global variable

  Object of {key: value} for all the files. Value will be hash.
