Usage

    gulp.task('cdnify', function () {

      var cdnify = require('gulp-fez-cdn');

      return gulp.src([

      ])
      .pipe(cdnify({
        base: 'http://pathto/your/cdn/'
      }))
      .pipe(gulp.dest('dist/'))
    });

For those who want to rewrite the url with their own specific rules.
