save and then load saved eslint confs

Install script globally. npm install -g eslint-confg

Save config. eslint-confg save react-babel [dir_path]

Load config and install required eslint modules eslint-confg load react-babel [dir_path]

Remove loaded config and eslint modules. eslint-confg remove react-babel [dir_path]

Show saved config. Use all for all configs. eslint-confg show react-babel
