Add the emoji.js file path to the of your document head:

or use the CDN 😉

<script src="https://npmcdn.com/emojiurl@1.4.0">

then invoke

  URLEmoji.addEmojiToURL();

Everytime you reload a new smiley emoji appears on the url 😉
