Get info on your user's OS, Browser, IP, and Geographic Info (based on IP)

Install

ember install ember-browser-info

Dependencies

No npm or bowser packages needed. It does leverage API's to get the browser IP address and geographical info:

• IP Address: uses ipify.org's API for looking up IP addresses

• Geo: uses FreeGeoIP's by default (they provide free HTTP and HTTPS service); if you'd prefer to use IpInfo's API you can configure it by:

  set your the ENV[ember-browser-info].geoService property to "ipinfo" in your environment.js file; note that the HTTPS service is a paid-only service (though HTTP is free)
