chrome.fileSystem Plugin
This plugin allows apps to access a device's file system.
Status
Stable on Android and iOS.

Notes
- restoreEntry, isRestorable, and retainEntry are not supported.
- All files are can be made "writable"; there is not yet any differentiation here.
