Dependencies

Download the annyang library from this link https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/annyang/2.6.0/annyang.min.js and place it into your assests/js folder - create a js folder if you don't have one.

Installation

npm install convert-speech-to-text

Scaffolding

Import the module into your project under imports

Inputs

There are 2 inputs

silent allows you to hide the interface otherwise it will be displayed. The interface has a button to initiate the recognition and indicates when its listening and display the results found when processing is complete.

startListening allows for an external evet to trigger the listening
