Getting Started

Install the module with: npm install biojs-vis-sam

There are three classes in the biojs-vis-sam package.

.set_size(size)

Parameter: size Type: int Example: instance.set_size(15)

Changes the size of the viewer. It also triggers 'onBaseSizeChanged'.
