Getting Started

Install the module with: npm install biojs-alg-seqregion

var biojsalgseqregion = require('biojs-alg-seqregion');
biojsalgseqregion.hello("biojs"); // "hello biojs"

.hello(name)

Parameter: parse_seq_region Type: String Example: Sequence:10-200

This is the constructor for the Region object, it has the properties: entry, start, end

var reg = biojsalgseqregion.parse_seq_region("Sequence:10-200");
