binary-io-server

Make your binary files server for send with the post method and get from this server. First send a post file, then receive the unique id fileName as responseText from the post method and get this fileName from any location for download or use.

Install package

npm install binary-io-server

Usage Example

Basic way

With port, urn (uri+'/filereceiver') and folder files storage, all as default with this values.

  • Port: 8100
  • URN: filereceiver
  • Folder Files: bios-files

Note: URN is the string for receiving post file sended in http://:/ for example http://mydomain.com:8100/filereceiver.

Make your index.js file with this code.

bios.listen(function(){
    console.log('Seted your server listen in default port '+bios.port())
    console.log('Seted you default File Extension '+bios.fileExtension()+', it is not require the param "?fileExtension=" for '+bios.fileExtension()+' for post or get files.')

Limitation and performance

This module was tested with audio files of 50Mb, simple image files, pdf files etc. If you want use this module for storage big files, we are not recomend and not giving warrantie.
