Shared code across Availity projects

Intro
Availity Limo contains code that is shared across Availity projects. Currently, it consists of some shared gulp tasks, but will grow to contain various other shared code.
Installation
npm install --save-dev availity-limo
Usage
To generate a README for your project, type:
$ gulp av:readme
To run a linter against your JavaScript code, type:
$ gulp av:lint
To release your project, which bumps the version, tags the release, and updates your readme, type:
$ gulp av:release
