available-versions

Returns a promise with new versions higher than given for a npm module

available-versions

Fetches new versions for a given NPM package higher than given version.

node index.js deps-ok@0.0.5
available versions for deps-ok@0.0.5
{ name: 'deps-ok',
  versions: [ '0.0.6', '0.0.7', '0.0.8', '0.2.0', '0.2.1', '0.3.0' ] }

without @version fetches all versions for given name.

node index.js console.json
available versions for console.json
{ name: 'console.json',
  versions: [ '0.0.0', '0.1.0', '0.1.1' ]

You can use this module from other modules

var available = require('available-versions');
var query = {
  name: 'deps-ok',
  version: '0.1.0' // version is optional
};
available(query).then(function (result) {
  console.log(result.name);
  console.log(result.versions); // array of versions
});

You can also pass second argument to keep version cleanup error messages quiet

available(query, true) ...
