Node.js package for Apache style password encryption using crypt(3).
Via git (or downloaded tarball):
$ git clone git://github.com/http-auth/apache-crypt.git
$ npm install apache-crypt
var crypt = ;// Encrypting password using auto-generated 2 char salt.var encryptedPassword = ;// Should print true.console;// Should print false.console;
It uses mocha, so just run following command in package directory:
$ npm test
