Ampersand Domthing Mixin
This is a mixin for AmpersandViews that makes data binding between your models and domthing templates happen automatically.
npm install ampersand-domthing-mixin --save
Simples. Typically you'd require this into a BaseView once in your application which you'd then extend for your individual views.
// ./views/base-view.jsvar domthingMixin = ;var AmpersandView = ;var BaseView = AmpersandView;moduleexports = BaseView;
The mixin extends
renderWithTemplate to ensure that any events that happen on your view's model(s) are forwarded to domthing to keep your template up to date. This means you should never have to call
el.update('key.path', value) directly on your domthing template.
For a full example, also utilising domthingify to compile templates, check out the example in this repo
