This repository contains 2 types of crowdsale Smart Contract:

• TierCrowdsale.sol is based on tiers and aims to attract investors giving them an extra bonus amount at the early stage of the sale.
• CappedCrowdsale.sol has a fixed purchase limit in the first 24 hours, in order to distribute the largest possible amount of token equally between contributors.

Two smart contract security audit reports made by ZK Labs Auditing are also included. These documents audited the SingularityNet crowdsale smart contract, which has been implemented with CappedCrowdsale.sol
