Setting up a new PwmDriver
Set the PWM frequency to the provided value (in hertz).
pwmDriver.setPWM(channel:Number, on:Number, off:Number)
Sets a single PWM channel.
pwmDriver.setALLPWM(channel:Number, on:Number, off:Number)
Sets all PWM channels.
