Code-clipper
A clipboard.js shortcode plugin for vs 11ty static site generator
Copying text to the clipboard shouldn't be hard. It shouldn't require dozens of steps to configure or hundreds of KBs to load. But most of all, it shouldn't depend on Flash or any bloated framework.
Install
- npm
npm i -D @shawnsandy/code-clipper
Usage
- Add the plugin to your
eleventy.jsconfig file
// eleventy.js
module.exports = function (eleventyConfig) {
eleventyConfig.addPlugin(require('@shawnsandy/code-clipper'))
}- Add the clipboard.js script link to your page above the
</body>using the following shortcode; this will link to the CDN

.... {% clipboardscript %}
</body>- Optionally (don't like shortcodes) you can add the following above the
</body>instead.
