@owngames/release-notes-generator

Heavily customized fork (cannot stress that enough) of conventional-changelog and release-notes-generator.

This moves away from Handlebars into TypeScript and is currently hyper-specific to GitHub only.

May move to remark once semantic-release is ESM.
