The dynamic menubar generator provides an adjustable layout of a menubar. It has the following named positions:

left(index)

right(index)

hambugger

content
If the screen is too small for the menu then the hambugger menu will be shown. On clicking the hambugger menu then the content panel will slide into place in an overlay menu.
