@modular-matrix/is-homeserver-url

Validatem validator that checks whether a given value is a valid Matrix homeserver base URL.

Note that this does not check if a homeserver actually exists at the URL, it merely checks whether the URL would be valid for a homeserver address, from a protocol perspective.
