Returns a descriptor given a primitive value.

Usage

var create = require('@kingjs/descriptor.create');

var people = {
  alice: { name: 'Alice', age: 21 },

}

for (var name in people)
  people[name] = create(people[name], 'name');

people;

result:

{
  alice: { name: 'Alice', age: 21 },
  bob: { name: 'Bob' }
}
