Patching packages with newer react native to avoid runtime explosions
One peer dependency: react-native-material-textfield ^0.16.1 will need to be patched with the patch inside the patches dir.
To apply patches, install patch-package either as a dev dependency to project or globally on your machine. Create a dir called 'patches' in the root of the project.
E.g.: /home/user/projects/<react-native-project>/patches
After, copy the textfield patch from this lib's patches-directory inside your project. Then just run patch-package.
