Ibyar Core, implements Aurora's core functionality, low-level services, and utilities.

Aurora API is the base of this project

• Defines the class infrastructure for components, view, model change detection, rendering, and event handling.
• Data Binding for inputs and outputs.
• Defines the decorators that supply metadata.
• Defines infrastructure for dependency injection (DI).
