Publish to NPM

• Update and commit a new version number in package.json
• Create an access token specifically for publishing this package: https://www.npmjs.com/settings/mdonnellon/tokens
• Set npmAuthToken in .yarnrc.yml to your token
• yarn prepare
• yarn npm publish --access public
