Package Visbility vs NPMJS event stream
If you publish a package version privately but make it public later, does it show up as a new event on the npmjs couchdb even stream? I want to see if just following the stream will miss package versions that are made public after the fact.
I paid 7 bucks to test this lol, thx npm.
