About this role

We are looking for an Office Manager who is comfortable adapting to change and wearing many hats. You will be responsible for making sure the office runs smoothly, including executive assistant duties, office and facilities management, light HR support such as collecting and filing contracts, special payroll assistance, and employee onboarding, and other responsibilities as needed. This role will report to the Director of Business Operations, and will also interact heavily with the Chief Executive Officer and others as needed.

Key responsibilities include

  • Manage executive calendars

  • Set up and tidy office environment

  • Lead new team member onboarding

  • Manage equipment orders

  • Other as needed

Where we can hire

This role is located at our headquarters in Oakland, California.


Minimal travel is required; we hold yearly all-hands meetings, which may require traveling outside the San Francisco Bay Area.
